To provide a bed for flood control measures, which can be easily operated even by an aged person, and which can stably float on a water surface by reducing a risk of an overturn even in a situation where a muddy stream is generated due to violently running water, when persons run away outdoors.SOLUTION: A bed 1 comprises: a body part 30 which is used as a part of a base part 10 of a bedstead at ordinary times, and which has a floating body 31 capable of floating upward from a floor in the state of being loaded with a person when the same is flooded; and outriggers 50 (51 and 52) which are rotatably connected to the body part 30, and which are positioned on a lateral side of the body part 30 when the same is flooded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
