To provide a front vehicle body structure of a vehicle 1 which suppresses an increase in vehicle weight and which prevents the entry of load noises into a vehicle cabin.SOLUTION: A front vehicle body structure of a vehicle 1 includes: a sub frame 7 placed at the front part of the vehicle; a pair of right and left suspension towers 8 that is coupled to the sub frame 7 via a front side frame 5; and a pair of right and left apron members 6 which has a closed cross-sectional shape that is a rectangular shape extending in the vehicle back-and-forth direction and which is coupled to the respective upper surfaces of the suspension towers 8. This front vehicle body structure further includes a vibration suppressing member 100 which is fastened to the apron member 6, and which vibrates at the substantially same resonance frequency as that of the apron member 6, and at the opposite phase to the vibration phase of the apron member 6.
