To provide a starting wheel, a drive mechanism and a vehicle, capable of achieving high transmission torque and high resistance to friction.SOLUTION: A starting wheel of a rubber crawler includes a sprocket part posing an annular shape around an axial line and having a plurality of tooth parts arranged in the peripheral direction and a ring part provided to be coaxial to and integrally with the sprocket part and having an outer-peripheral surface of a cylindrical surface around the axial line. The frictional coefficient of the cylindrical surface of the ring part is larger than that of the surface of the tooth parts of the sprocket part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
