To enhance the cooling efficiency by surely bringing each tube into contact with a battery module when a plurality of battery modules is cooled by each tube through which a refrigerant flows.SOLUTION: A vehicle battery cooling device includes: a first cooling part 10 having upstream tubes 11,12 and a first header 14 arranged at a bottom of a first battery module 200A; a second cooling part 20 having downstream side tubes 21, 22 and a second header 23 arranged at the bottom of a secondary battery module 200B; and a low rigidity refrigerant piping 41 connected to the first header 14 and the second header 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
