To provide an assembly of a pneumatic tire and a rim and the pneumatic tire which restrain puncture repair liquid from being absorbed in an acoustic absorbent and make it possible to improve puncture repair performance.SOLUTION: In an assembly of a pneumatic tire T in which an acoustic absorbent 6 is installed in a tire inner surface 5, and a rim R provided with a valve 11, the acoustic absorbent is disposed in a position not overlapped with a virtual straight line L1 which extends from a central position of an opening end of the valve 11 toward the tire radial direction outside at an angle α with respect to a tire axial direction when a central axis of the valve 11 is disposed at the angle α with respect to the tire axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
