To provide a regenerative braking control device of an industrial vehicle capable of appropriately performing regenerative braking even when a charging rate of a storage battery is high.SOLUTION: A regenerative braking control device 23 includes: a regenerative resistor 24 for receiving regenerative power and discharging thermal energy; a changeover switch 25 for switching a flow of current between a lithium ion secondary battery 22 and the regenerative resistor 24, and a traveling inverter 15; a circulation fan 26 for conducting heat generated from the regenerative resistor 24 to the lithium ion secondary battery 22; an overvoltage detection unit 31 for detecting whether or not the lithium ion secondary battery 22 is caused to come into an overvoltage state by regenerative current; a temperature sensor 29 for detecting temperature of the lithium ion secondary battery 22; and a current supply control unit 32 for controlling the changeover switch 25 such that the regenerative current is supplied to the regenerative resistor 24 when it is detected that the lithium ion secondary battery 22 is caused to come into an overvoltage state and the temperature of the lithium ion secondary battery 22 is lower than a specific temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】蓄電池の充電率が高い状態でも、回生制動を適切に行うことができる産業車両の回生制動制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】回生制動制御装置23は、回生電力を受け取って熱エネルギーを放出する回生抵抗器24と、リチウムイオン二次電池22及び回生抵抗器24と走行インバータ15との間における電流の流れを切り替える切替スイッチ25と、回生抵抗器24から発生した熱をリチウムイオン二次電池22に伝導する循環ファン26と、リチウムイオン二次電池22が回生電流により過電圧状態となるかどうかを検知する過電圧検知部31と、リチウムイオン二次電池22の温度を検出する温度センサ29と、リチウムイオン二次電池22が過電圧状態となることが検知されると共に、リチウムイオン二次電池22の温度が規定温度よりも低いときに、回生電流を回生抵抗器24に供給するように切替スイッチ25を制御する電流供給制御部32とを備える。【選択図】図3
