To provide a flow channel switching device capable of switching a flow channel constitution in a fluid circuit with a compact constitution.SOLUTION: A flow channel switching device 1 for switching a flow channel constitution of a heat medium circuit 50 in which a heat medium is circulated, includes: a main body member 5; a plurality of connection members 20; and a drive portion 30. The main body member 5 is provided with a plurality of fluid flow channels 10. The fluid flow channel 10 has a connection port 15 to be connected to the fluid circuit, and a communication hole 13 opened so that the fluid passing through the connection port 15 can flow in and out. The plurality of connection members 20 are disposed on a surface of the main body member 5, and have connection flow channels 21 for connecting the communication hole 13 of the fluid flow channel 10 and the communication hole 13 of the other fluid flow channel 10. The drive portion 30 is disposed on the fluid flow channels 10, and drives a plurality of valve element portions 72 adjusting a flow rate of a fluid, at least in conjunction with each other.
