To provide a vehicular communication device, a vehicle, and a method of the vehicular communication device and a program for identifying a change in the sensitivity of an antenna comprised in the vehicular communication device.SOLUTION: A vehicular communication device 100 provided in a vehicle identifies, from the vehicular communication device, the distance and direction to an out-of-vehicle communication device capable of performing wireless communication with the vehicular communication device, obtains information on the transmission signal strength of a transmission signal transmitted from the out-of-vehicle communication device, identifies the reception strength of the transmission signal transmitted from the out-of-vehicle communication device, and identifies the antenna sensitivity of the out-of-vehicle communication device in the identified direction on the basis of the identified distance, the obtained transmission signal strength, and the identified reception strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
