To provide a vehicular floor panel that can ensure the rigidity and also accomplish the degree of freedom for shaping.SOLUTION: A vehicular floor panel 10a includes: a tabular first member 11a that has a honeycomb structure; and a hollow second member 12a that has a single or multiple through-holes. At least one of the first member 11a or the second member 12a is provided with slits 114a and 124a with respective bottoms which extend from respective one surfaces 113a and 123a toward the opposite surface to the one surfaces 113a and 123a. The other one of the first member 11a and the second member 12a is fitted in the slits 114a and 124a, and thus the first member 11a and the second member 12a are joined to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
