To suppress influences upon a component caused by a regenerative current which is generated in a high rotation state of a motor, without increasing a control period of motor control.SOLUTION: A motor control apparatus comprises: an angular velocity calculation section 50 for calculating a rotation angular velocity of a multi-phase motor which is driven by a multi-phase inverter; a determination section 51 which determines whether the rotation angular velocity is equal to or higher than a threshold; and a duty control section 52 for controlling a duty ratio which is a ratio of an ON time of an upper arm switching element or a lower arm switching element with respect to a PWM period. In a case where the rotation angular velocity is equal to or higher than the threshold, the duty control section 52 fixes duty ratios of all phases of the multi-phase inverter to a same predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
