To suppress estimation accuracy of a machine learning model used in a vehicle from being reduced when a vehicle part is replaced.SOLUTION: A machine learning apparatus includes: an estimation unit 51 which estimates predetermined information by using a machine learning model; an update unit 52 which updates the machine learning model; a part information acquisition unit 53 which detects replacement of a vehicle part and acquires identification information of a vehicle part after the replacement. When a vehicle part relating to input data of the machine learning model is replaced with a vehicle part having a different configuration, the update unit receives a new machine learning model learned with a training dataset corresponding to the new vehicle part after the replacement from a server 2, and applies the new machine learning model to a vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
