To provide a vessel deck crane overturning prevention mechanism capable of preventing overturning of a jib provided to a revolving superstructure, which is caused by waves.SOLUTION: A vessel deck crane 1 comprises: a revolving superstructure 11; a jib 12 provided to the revolving superstructure 11; and a winch 13 for raising/lowering the jib 12 connected to a wire WR. An overturning prevention device 3 of the vessel deck crane 1 comprises a support member 4, and an abutment member 5 that abuts against the tip of the support member 4 when the jib 12 is raised to a prescribed height. The support member 4 is provided to the revolving superstructure 11, and the abutment member 5 is provided to the jib 12. The abutment member 5 comprises a fitting part to which a part of the tip of the support member 4 can be fitted, and a damper part that absorbs shocks when a part of the tip of the support member 4 comes into contact with the fitting part. When the jib 12 is raised to the prescribed height, the tip of the support member 4 is fitted to the fitting part, thereby supporting the jib 12 by the support member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】旋回体に設けられたジブが波の影響によって転倒するのを防止することが可能な船舶用デッキクレーンの転倒防止機構の提供。【解決手段】船舶用デッキクレーン1は、旋回体11と、旋回体11に設けられるジブ12と、ワイヤWRに接続されたジブ12を起伏させるウィンチ13とを備える。船舶用デッキクレーン1の転倒防止装置3は、支持部材4と、ジブ12が所定の高さまで起き上がった場合に支持部材4の先端に当接する当接部材5とを備える。支持部材4は旋回体11に設けられ、当接部材5はジブ12に設けられる。当接部材5は、支持部材4の先端一部が嵌合可能な嵌合部と、支持部材4の先端一部が嵌合部に接触した際の衝撃を吸収するダンパー部とを備える。ジブ12が所定の高さまで起き上がった場合に支持部材4の先端が嵌合部に嵌合することで、ジブ12が支持部材4によって支持される。【選択図】図2
