The specifying unit 12 specifies a monitoring area DA in which a detection object P exists among a plurality of monitoring areas DA set in a detectable area NA of the detecting unit 20 on the basis of the detection result of the detecting unit 20. The notifying unit 31 notifies that the detection object P exists in the monitoring area DA on the basis of the detection result of the specifying unit 12.
