To perform wind power generation without increasing travel resistance and flying resistance in a flying vehicle which flies with electricity used as a power source.SOLUTION: A flying vehicle 1 enables traveling on the ground and aerial flight and includes: propellers 11 each of which rotates around a rotary shaft 11a to generate lift force; a flight motor having an electric function which rotationally drives the propellers 11 and a power generation function which generates electric power in conjunction with free rotation of the propellers 11 by wind; a travel part 20 which travels on the ground; a rise and fall system 30 which changes directions of the rotary shafts 11a of the propellers 11; a power generation sensor which detects a power generation amount of the flight motor; and an ECU which controls the rise and fall system 30. The ECU controls the rise and fall system 30 based on a detection result of the power generation sensor so that a direction of the rotary shaft 11 of each propeller 11 relative to a wind direction is oriented in a direction such that the power generation amount of the flight motor becomes relatively large while the vehicle is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
