To avoid a collision at an early stage and realize safe driving when there is a possibility of the collision between the own vehicle and another vehicle, in the case where there is the other vehicle traveling outside a detection limit range of an outside field sensor mounted on the own vehicle traveling on a driving path.SOLUTION: In a vehicle driving control method, as to a vehicle and another vehicle that travel on the same road, a speed and a position of the vehicle and the other vehicle are measured by a first measuring device and a second measuring device of a roadside monitoring system, respectively; a possibility of collision between the two vehicles is determined by a determination device; when it is determined that the possibility of collision is higher than a predetermined threshold value, avoidance information for collision avoidance is generated by an avoidance information generating device; the avoidance information is transmitted to an on-vehicle wireless communication device of the vehicle; and a deceleration of 0.2-0.5G is generated by an emergency control device of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
