To provide a cargo handling/conveyance path generation method, a cargo handling/conveyance crane, and a cargo handling/conveyance method capable of conveying a suspended load from an arbitrary cargo handling initial position to an arbitrary cargo handling target position by the cargo handling/conveyance crane.SOLUTION: A cargo handling/conveyance path generation method generates a cargo handling/conveyance path to convey a suspended load suspended at an arm tip of a crane arm from an arbitrary cargo handling initial position to an arbitrary cargo handling target position by the turning motion of the crane arm. The cargo handling/conveyance path generation method calculates a cargo handling/conveyance path to convey the suspended load at least in a straight track viewed from the vertical direction in at least a part of the cargo handling/conveyance path based on a cargo handling initial position, a cargo handling target position, and a range of the minimum arm turning circle of the crane arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
