To efficiently charge an electric vehicle while maintaining electricity demand in a specific power utilization area within a specified power range.SOLUTION: In a control circuit 14 of a charge/discharge control device 10, when an EV is connected to a charge/discharge facility 20, an operation state of the EV is identified on the basis of a charging schedule of the EV acquired from a storage circuit 13 and a remaining battery capacity of a battery of the EV, and charge/discharge for the battery of the EV in the charge/discharge facility 21 is individually controlled on the basis of the operation state. In a case where available power is smaller than charging power required for charge and the charging power is lacked, the lack of the charging power is compensated by discharging a battery of an EV in a discharge enabled operation state among EVs connected to the charge/discharge facility 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
