To efficiently charge an electric vehicle while maintaining electricity demand in a specific power utilization area within a specified power range.SOLUTION: In a control circuit 14 of a charge/discharge control device 10, when an EV is connected to a charge/discharge facility 20, an operation state of the EV is identified on the basis of a charging schedule of the EV acquired from a storage circuit 13 and a remaining battery capacity of a battery of the EV, and charge/discharge for the battery of the EV in the charge/discharge facility 21 is individually controlled on the basis of the operation state. In a case where available power is smaller than charging power required for charge and the charging power is lacked, the lack of the charging power is compensated by discharging a battery of an EV in a discharge enabled operation state among EVs connected to the charge/discharge facility 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】特定電力利用域での電気需要を規定電力範囲内に維持しつつ、電気自動車を効率よく充電する。【解決手段】充放電制御装置10の制御回路14において、EVが充放電設備20に接続された際、記憶回路13から取得した当該EVの充電スケジュールと当該EVの電池の電池残量とに基づいて当該EVの運用状態を特定し、その運用状態に基づいて充放電設備21での当該EVの電池に対する充放電を個別に制御し、使用可能電力が充電に必要となる充電電力より小さくて、充電電力が不足した場合は、充放電設備に20接続されているEVのうち、放電可能な運用状態にあるEVの電池を放電することにより、充電電力の不足を補う。【選択図】 図1
