To provide a pillion seat mounting structure that can improve riding comfort by a rubber mount.SOLUTION: A pillion seat mounting structure includes: a top board (14) forming a rear carrier (10) and provided with a plurality of openings (15 to 18); first elastic members (32) fixed on a bottom of a pillion seat (1) to come into contact with an upper surface of the top board (14); bolts (31) extending downward from the bottom of the pillion seat (1); position restriction members (33, 35, 36) extending from the bottom of the pillion seat (1); brackets (6, 7) fixed on the lower side of the top board (14) by the bolts (31); and second elastic members (5) fixed on upper surfaces of the brackets (6, 7) to come into contact with a lower surface of the top board (14). The brackets (6,7) are attached to the bolts (31), and thus the top board (14) is sandwiched between the first elastic members (32) and the second elastic members (5) from above and below.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
