To provide a tail-sitter-type electric aircraft configured so that stability of a posture of the aircraft in a rotary wing mode can be improved and wiring leading to an electric motor and a connection part thereof can be suppressed from being damaged.SOLUTION: A tail-sitter-type electric aircraft 10 is equipped with first propellers 4 that can generate lifting power required for the aircraft to take off and land in a rotary wing mode in which a nose of the aircraft is pointed upward, in which a plurality of second propellers 9 are provided inside housings 2a-2d having windows 21-23 with shutters respectively, where the second propellers 9 can generate thrust force in a substantially horizontal direction in the rotary wing mode, by ejecting airflow generated inside the housings 2a-2d, through the windows 21-23 with shutters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
