To secure a wide space in a portion around feet in a vehicle by improving flexural rigidity in a plate width direction and attaining reduction in weight.SOLUTION: A leaf spring device comprises a fiber reinforced resin leaf spring body 11, and two eyeball parts 12 which are provided one by one in both ends of the leaf spring body in a length direction. A fitting hole 13 which penetrates in a plate width direction of the leaf spring body and to which a support shaft B2 mounted in a vehicle body B1 is fitted is formed in the eyeball part. In a state where a central part region in the leaf spring body in the length direction supports an axle W, the support shaft is fitted into the fitting hole and an empty vehicle load is applied to the leaf spring body, when an upward maximum deflection amount of the leaf spring body is defined as δ, a full length of the leaf spring body is defined as L and a plate thickness of the leaf spring body is defined as (h), h×δ/L2 becomes equal to or more than 0.0005 and equal to or less than 0.0015.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
