To provide a vehicle body lower structure which can efficiently absorb energy of an impact load while preventing damage of a battery to be mounted at the time of inputting of the impact load.SOLUTION: A vehicle body lower part includes a battery case 20, a side sill 10, and a case mounting frame 35. The case mounting frame 35 has a frame body part 36, and a battery case receiving flange 37. The battery case receiving flange 37 extends to vehicle width direction inside from the frame body part 36, and is joined to a lower surface of a bottom wall 23 of the battery case 20. To the bottom wall of the battery case 20, a battery support frame 30 which extends in a vehicle body longitudinal direction and supports a battery Ba is fixed. Between a joint part with the battery case receiving flange 37 and a joint part with the battery support frame 30 in the bottom wall 23 of the battery case 20, a recessed part 40 swelled downward is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
