To provide a manufacturing method of a bonded joint in which: manufacturing cost is decreased by making an arresting fastener be unnecessary; adhesive failure and dispersion of adhesive strength is suppressed; and opening deformation due to stress concentration of an adhesive surface or off-set moment is suppressed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a bonded joint comprises: a step of molding a first engagement part at the intermediate part in a longer direction of a first flange of a first reinforcement material; a step of molding a second engagement part at the end part in a longer direction of a second flange of a second reinforcement material; a step of assembling the first reinforcement material and the second reinforcement material by engaging the first engagement part and the second engagement part so that the intermediate part of the first flange is flush with the end part of the second flange; a first step which performs co-bond adhesion of an uncured skin plate with an outside surface of the first flange of the first reinforcement material and an outside surface of the second flange of the second reinforcement material; and a second step which performs co-bond adhesion of an uncured splice plate with an inside surface of the first flange and an inside surface of the second flange in the vicinity of the engagement part of the first engagement part and the second engagement part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
