To provide a system, a method, and a component for performing RF communication with an unmanned air vehicle (UAV) including a frequency band for use as needed to support datagrams between unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) payloads and a computer or controller, and two different frequency bands supporting datagrams between second RF communication bands dedicated to command and control and navigation datagrams between the UAV and a host controller or control network.SOLUTION: A second RF communication subsystem represented by an area 4100 creates a cell system projected in the air and is implemented so as to cover a large area suitable to enable communications with several UAVs by dividing its frequency range into sub-channels.
