To provide a vehicular lower part structure which can inhibit battery units from being sandwiched between a connection member and a side sill at a side collision of a vehicle and inhibit deformation of the battery units.SOLUTION: A vehicular lower part structure includes: a side sill 1 extending in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction on an outer side in a vehicle width direction; a first battery unit 21 and a second battery unit 22 which are provided adjacent to an inner side in the vehicle width direction of the side sill 1 and spaced apart from each other in the vehicle width direction below a floor panel 8; and a connection member 60 which connects between the first battery unit 21 and the second battery unit 22. The connection member 60 includes: a vehicle width direction connection part 61 which connects these battery units 21, 22 with each other in a manner that a load may be transmitted in the vehicle width direction; and multiple deformation promotion parts 63, 64 which are disposed adjacent to the vehicle width direction connection part 61 and serve as starting points of deformation against a side collision load in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
