The rotor mechanism 1 includes: a position adjustment mechanism 16 for adjusting the mast to a predetermined stop position; an elevating mechanism 17 for, after adjustment of the stop position, elevating the rotor blades 3 between an operation position 19a of the rotor blades and a lowered position 19b lower than the operation position; and a control unit 18 that operates the position adjustment mechanism 16 or the elevating mechanism 17 when a predetermined flight condition 18a is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
