A tracking laser system 200 starts to radiate a first laser beam 211 and detects first laser light 212. The integrated control device 400 calculates a first distance to the target object according to reciprocation time of the first laser beam 211, updates the estimation range according to the first distance, directs the boresight to the updated estimation range and narrows a beam spread angle of the first laser beam 211. A distance measurement laser system 300 starts to radiate a distance measurement laser beam 311 and detects distance measurement laser light 312.
