To accurately determine a traffic participant to be notified of approaching of a mobile body.SOLUTION: An information provision device for use in a first mobile body includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring position information including horizontal coordinates and an altitude with respect to one or more points located on a course of the first mobile body; a detection unit for detecting a traffic participant positioned in a travel direction of the first mobile body; an estimation unit for estimating horizontal coordinates of the traffic participant; a determination unit for determining whether or not the acquisition unit can acquire position information of a first point having horizontal coordinates within a threshold range relative to the horizontal coordinates of the traffic participant; and a provision unit for providing a notification device with warning information based on the horizontal coordinates of a warning target and altitude of the first point when it is determined that the acquisition unit can acquire the position information of the first point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
