To reduce irregularities of a floor around a seat to enable smooth movement of a wheelchair.SOLUTION: A partition wall 210 is erected perpendicularly to a floor in a passenger compartment. A seat mechanism 100 is provided so that a seat back 110 is along the partition wall 210. The partition wall 210 includes a framework part 10 in which columns 12, 14, 16, 18 and beams 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 are assembled in parallel crosses. The seat mechanism 100 and a seat belt mechanism 80 are fixed only to the framework part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
