To achieve downsizing of a transmission member in an axial direction.SOLUTION: In a flow straightener 10, a deployment surface 40B or a storage surface 40D of an output gear 38 is placed in contact with an arm 42B of a clutch 42 to rotate the clutch 42 and thereby rotate a stand 18 and rotate a flow straightener body. The arm 42B of the clutch 42 protrudes to the radial outer side of the clutch 42. Thus, the clutch 42 can be downsized in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
