To accurately evaluate a fuel consumption rate of a diesel engine with a supercharger.SOLUTION: A storage unit of a monitoring aiding system 6 stores first correlation information indicating a relationship between a reference measurement value which is obtained by converting a parameter measurement value of each of prescribed first parameters which are acquired by a first sensor group during a land test of a diesel engine 1 to a prescribed standard state, and supercharger efficiency . A correction unit acquires a first corrected measurement value by converting the measurement values of the first parameters which are acquired in the first sensor group to the standard state during navigation of a marine vessel 100. A calculation unit determines an amount of change in the supercharger efficiency on the basis of the first corrected measurement value of the first parameters and the first correlation information. In this manner, the supercharger efficiency of the diesel engine 1 can be accurately evaluated by eliminating the influence of oceanographic conditions or the like. Also, by calculating a fuel consumption rate using the supercharger efficiency, the fuel consumption rate of the diesel engine 1 can be accurately evaluated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】過給機付ディーゼルエンジンの燃料消費率を精度良く評価する。【解決手段】監視支援システム6の記憶部は、ディーゼルエンジン1の陸上試験時において第1センサ群にて取得される所定の第1パラメータ群の各パラメータの測定値を所定の標準状態に換算した基準測定値と過給機効率との関係を示す第1相関情報を記憶する。補正部は、船舶100の航行時において、第1センサ群にて取得される第1パラメータ群の測定値を標準状態に換算して第1補正測定値を取得する。演算部は、第1パラメータ群の第1補正測定値と第1相関情報とに基づいて、過給機効率の変化量を求める。これにより、ディーゼルエンジン1の過給機効率を、海象条件等の影響を排除して精度良く評価することができる。また、当該過給機効率を用いて燃料消費率を算出することにより、ディーゼルエンジン1の燃料消費率を精度良く評価することができる。【選択図】図1
