To provide a vehicular interior material capable of inhibiting occurrence of noise.SOLUTION: A vehicular interior material 30 includes: a core layer 40; and a cover layer 41 covering the passenger compartment exterior side of the core layer 40 and is attached to a roof panel 10 of a motor vehicle 1 from the passenger compartment interior side. The cover layer 41 includes: a general part 41A in which a passenger compartment exterior side surface is formed in a flat shape; and an uneven part 41B including a protruding part 41B1 which contacts the roof panel 10 or another member 20 disposed between the roof panel 10 and the vehicle interior material 30 and has an uneven shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
