To efficiently cool an electric vehicle battery unit.SOLUTION: A temperature control device of an electric vehicle battery unit comprises: at least one battery unit 2 which is positioned at an underfloor 11 and outputs electric power for traveling of an electric vehicle 1; a refrigerant system 3 cooling the battery unit which includes a pipe 32 where refrigerant receiving heat from the battery unit flows and a heat exchanger (radiator 31) in which the pipe is connected to the heat exchanger and heat release of the refrigerant is performed; an air passage 4 which opens to both of a front side and a rear side of the electric vehicle and makes air flow at least during traveling of the electric vehicle; and a heat conduction material 5 which is arranged between the pipe and the air passage and transmits heat from the refrigerant to the air in the air passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
