To provide a rope nonslip device that allows the rope guard to be parallel to the tug.SOLUTION: A rope nonslip device has a fixed member 3, a first adjustment member 4, a second adjustment member 5, a first adjustment bolt 6 whose movement causes the first adjustment member 4 to move in an axial direction D1, a second adjustment bolt 7 whose movement causes the second adjustment member 5 to move in the axial direction D1, and a rope guard 8 supported by the fixed member 3 via the first adjustment member 4 and the second adjustment member 5. The rope guard 8 is formed with a first inclined surface 804 in contact with the first adjustment member 4 and a second inclined surface 805 in contact with the second adjustment member 5. As the first adjustment member 4 moves, the first inclined surface 804 moves in a radial direction D2, and as the second adjustment member 5 moves, the second inclined surface 805 moves in the radial direction D2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
