To provide a power supply device for a cableway capable of increasing a charge amount to a carrier at a stop.SOLUTION: A power supply device for a cableway includes a plurality of power supply rails 23 arranged along traveling rails 16, 17 on which a carrier 18 travels in stops 11, 12 of a cableway, a plurality of garage line power supply rails 32 arranged along a garage line rail 30 in a garage line where the carrier 18 is stored, and a current collector 24 provided in the carrier 18 and being brought into contact with the power supply rails 23 and the garage line power supply rails 32. The carrier 18 is supplied with power while moving in the garage line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
