To secure a part that is easily deformed against a load applied from an upper side, even if there is a restriction on a dimension of a front part of a front hood.SOLUTION: A vehicle front part structure comprises a hood lock striker 30 which is provided with a stationary part 33, a front-side part 31, a rear-side part 32, and a front-side stationary part and a rear-side stationary part which are jointed to a striker bracket 20 mounted on a hood inner panel 10. The stationary part 33, which is in engaged with a hood latch, extends obliquely downward as going forward to cross the front-side part 31, and the rear-side part 32 and the stationary part 33 form an obtuse angle. The front-side stationary part is arranged closer to an upper part of a vehicle than the rear-side stationary part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
