To provide a mobile object introduction support system and a mobile object introduction support method capable of securing transportation capacity of an elevator and suppressing deterioration of service performance due to different types of agents.SOLUTION: A mobile object introduction support system 1 includes a congestion degree calculation unit 21 and an operating number calculation unit for different types of agents 22. The congestion degree calculation unit 21 acquires congestion degree information on humans moving within a building and different types of agents, which are mobile objects different from humans. The operating number calculation unit 22 of different types of agents determines, on the basis of the congestion degree information acquired by the congestion degree calculation unit, the operating number of different types of agents.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
