To improve comfort before and after transition of a driving mode by seamlessly transiting the driving mode.SOLUTION: A vehicular heat management device includes: a refrigerant circuit which includes a compressor for compressing a refrigerant; a plurality of heat exchangers which heat or cool each of a plurality of temperature control target objects by utilizing heat release or heat absorption of the refrigerant circulating in the refrigerant circuit and are provided for each temperature control target object; and a control section which controls the refrigerant circuit. The control section has a required heat exchange amount calculation section which calculates required heat exchange amount to be required to heat or cool the temperature control target objects in a heat exchanger for each temperature control target object, and a rotation number control section which controls the compressor in accordance with a target rotation number to be determined on the basis of a total value of the required heat exchange amount calculated for each temperature control target object when simultaneously heating or cooling the plurality of temperature control target objects.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
