To avoid breakage of an air sac occurring due to application of force from a load cable to the air sac in a balloon which supports the load cable by the air sac.SOLUTION: A balloon comprises: a plurality of load cables 14 at each lower end of which a load 12 is suspended; a plurality of cylindrical load cable guides 13 each of which extends along an external surface of an air sac 11, through which each of the plurality of load cables 14 passes, and which guides an upper end of the plurality of load cables 14 to near the zenith of the air sac 11; and a connection member 16 which is connected to the upper ends of the plurality of load cables 14 that have passed through the plurality of load cable guides 13. The connection member 16 can move on the external surface of the air sac 11 by a force receiving from the plurality of load cables 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
