To provide a mechanism by which a foldable wheel that can be made compact by its being divided into a plurality of parts can be suitably held in a predetermined moving body structure and to provide a bicycle that can be compactly folded by using the mechanism and can be easily carried.SOLUTION: In a rotation holding mechanism for a foldable wheel according to the present disclosure, each of a front wheel 31 and a rear wheel 32 of the foldable wheel 3 is configured to be dividable into a plurality of arc-shaped pieces, and the pieces are configured to be connectable by fastening screws 300.
