To support efficient road monitoring.SOLUTION: A road monitoring system 100 includes a video acquisition unit 121, an object determination unit 122, and a display control unit 133. The video acquisition unit 121 obtains a video of a road. The object determination unit 122 determines whether at least one frame image constituting the video is an analysis target, based on both a result of comparison between the at least one frame image and a reference image and a first reference. The display control unit 133 makes a display unit display information based on a result of the determination. The display control unit 133 includes a first control unit 133b and a second control unit 133c. The first control unit 133b makes the display unit display an analysis result for the at least one frame image that is determined as being an analysis target.
