To suppress resource compression of an on-vehicle apparatus.SOLUTION: A proposal device includes: an acquisition unit configured to acquire state information on a state of a vehicle and a state of an on-vehicle apparatus from the vehicle; a diagnosis unit configured to diagnose a tendency of operation of the on-vehicle apparatus by a driver of the vehicle based on the state information acquired by the acquisition unit; and a proposal unit configured to propose introduction of an application for notifying the driver of omission of operation when the driver tends to forget to operate the on-vehicle apparatus as a result of diagnosis by the diagnosis unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本開示は、車両の車載器のリソース圧迫を抑制することを目的とする。【解決手段】提案装置は、車両から前記車両の状態及び車載機器の状態に係る状態情報を取得する取得部と、前記取得部が取得した前記状態情報に基づいて、前記車両の運転者による前記車載機器の操作の傾向を診断する診断部と、前記診断部による診断の結果、前記運転者に前記車載機器の操作忘れの傾向がある場合、操作忘れを通知するアプリケーションの導入を前記運転者に提案する提案部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
