To provide a machine learning recognition system capable of recognizing movement of a moving body while changing a warning area according to a travel lane.SOLUTION: A machine learning recognition system 1 includes: a GPS position information generation unit 10 having a position coordinates acquiring unit 11 for acquiring position coordinates from a GPS device of an own vehicle V1 and a travel locus generation unit 12 for generating a travel locus of the own vehicle V1; a three-dimension CG/information generation unit 20 having a travel lane generation unit 21 for generating a virtual travel lane L1 by three dimensional CG, a travel lane shape change unit 22 for changing a shape of the travel lane L1 to a travel lane L2 based on the travel locus, a travel lane display unit 23 for displaying a travel lane L2, and a travel lane region extraction unit 24 for extracting a region L2' of the travel lane L2; a real image acquisition unit 30 for acquiring a rear real image M behind the vehicle from a real camera C of the own vehicle V1; an AI moving body recognition unit 40 for recognizing other vehicle V2 in the real image M; and a warning area entry detection unit 50 for determining part of the area L2' as a warning area X and sensing entry of the other vehicle V2 into the warning area X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
