To provide a flying object operating system that enables a flying object to arrive at a destination thereof reliably and quickly.SOLUTION: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, in a drone operating system 1, when a flight route determination unit 61 determines that a drone 10 cannot fly to a planned stopover point PW based on a flyable distance FD calculated by a flyable distance calculation unit 62 and a distance DD from a current place CL of the drone 10 to the planned stopover point PW, the flight route determination unit acquires information on an electric power feeding point PP and a refueling point RP located in a direction toward a destination DE and within the flyable distance FD from a point management unit 63; and based on the information of the acquired electric power feeding point PP and refueling point RP, the flight route determination unit selects at least one electric power feeding point PP or refueling point RP to set a new stopover point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
