The monitoring device 50 includes: an acquisition part 51 for acquiring information relating to the battery 151; a calculation part 52 for calculating a degree of temporal deterioration which is caused by deviation of ion concentration of the battery 151 on the basis of the information; and an output part 54 for outputting information relating to a degree of temporal deterioration.
