To provide a control device of a battery and a movable body which are capable of improving accuracy of frequency data.SOLUTION: A control device of a battery comprises an acquisition part which acquires respective frequency data of cell temperature of the battery and charging rate of the battery when a power source of the movable body moving by electricity is in an ON-state, a pseudo data generation part which generates respective pseudo data between a first cell temperature and a second cell temperature and between a first charging rate and a second charging rate on the basis of respective data of the first cell temperature of the battery and the first charging rate of the battery when the power source of the movable body is turned off and of the second cell temperature of the battery and the second charging rate of the battery when the power source of the movable body is turned on among of acquired frequency data, and a renewal part which renews the frequency data on the basis of the generated pseudo data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
