The monitoring device 50 includes: an acquisition section 51 for acquiring information related to the battery pack 15; an estimation section 52 for estimating a phase state of a latent heat cool storage material 152 on the basis of the information; and an output section 53 for outputting information related to the phase state. Performance of the latent heat cool storage material 152 required for cooling a battery 151 can be grasped by the monitoring device 50, and therefore, safety of flight can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
