To provide a multi-port valve, a temperature control system, a vehicle and an energy storage system that reduce volume and have a simple structure, and also reduce the risk of leakage in the temperature control system.SOLUTION: A multi-port valve has a valve body 01 and a valve core, the valve body includes a plurality of vias 014, each of which penetrates a block-shaped additional portion 013 and a corresponding side wall of a main body 012. Each liquid pipeline communicates with one via, at least one liquid pipeline has a battery pack, and a temperature control system controls the temperature of the battery pack. The outer peripheral side of the valve core includes a plurality of isolated cavities, at least two of which are arranged in the axial direction of the valve core, and each isolated cavity communicates with one or more vias.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
