In the wheels 6, a motor 13 is mounted on a metal annual wheel 10. In the vehicle frame 3, a battery 22 for supplying power to the motor 13 is arranged under a front side seat 5A, a control board 23 for controlling the supply of power is arranged under the other front side seat 5, and a control panel 25 electrically connected to the control board 23 through a relay is arranged at a post 21, respectively. A drum brake is provided on each wheel 10. The motor-driven carriage 2 is formed from a frame body 41 obtained by molding a carbon resin.
