To provide a tire required to have high adhesion with a bead wire, excellent in load durability, and excellent in insulation workability for developing the performance, because an insulation rubber is obtained by bundling and integrating bead wires having largely different Young's moduli.SOLUTION: The above problem was solved by a rubber composition for bead insulation characterized in that for 100 pts.mass of rubber components containing 20-60 pts.mass of natural rubber and 40-80 pts.mass of styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber, 60-120 pts.mass of carbon black having a CTAB specific surface area of 30-100 mm2/g, 0.3-5 pts.mass of aromatic carboxylic acid (A), and 0.5-5 pts.mass of aliphatic carboxylic acid (B), wherein a mass ratio (A)/(B) of the aromatic carboxylic acid (A) and the aliphatic carboxylic acid (B) is 0.2-1.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】インシュレーションゴムは、ヤング率が大きく異なるビードワイヤーを束ね一体化するため、ビードワイヤーとの接着性が高く、荷重耐久性に優れ、かつその性能を発現するためインシュレーション加工性に優れることが求められる。【解決手段】天然ゴムを20~60質量部およびスチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴムを40~80質量部含むゴム成分100質量部に対し、CTAB比表面積が30~100m2/gのカーボンブラックを60~120質量部、芳香族カルボン酸(A)を0.3~5質量部、および脂肪族カルボン酸(B)を0.5~5質量部含み、前記芳香族カルボン酸(A)と前記脂肪族カルボン酸(B)の質量比率(A)/(B)が0.2~1.0であるビードインシュレーション用ゴム組成物によって上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
