To increase safety and visibility of emergency or hazard lights indicating a visual direction by stroboscopic light-emitting.SOLUTION: A system includes a micro controller configured to control illumination of a plurality of vehicle lights operable in a flashing state where the plurality of lights operate as hazard flasher units visible at the front and rear of a vehicle and in a stroboscopic light-emitting state where the plurality of lights operate as stroboscopic lights visible at the front and rear of the vehicle. The system includes a stroboscope start switch configured to send a signal to the micro controller to operate the plurality of vehicle lights in a second stroboscopic light-emitting state. The micro controller responds to the starting of the present hazard flasher unit switch to operate the plurality of vehicle lights in a first hazard flash unit state. The stroboscopic light-emitting state has a flashing speed that is hight enough to be perceivable rather than a flashing speed of the flashing state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
